Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your official Ed Sheeran apparel, but if your items aren't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track your return journey.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
